We have had our SoftLite Imperial Elite windows for one year now and have experienced all of the weather extremes that nature offered. The performance of these SoftLite windows and the quality instillation by Ron and his crew have met all of our expectations. We are very happy that we had "New Look Window" company do our window update project.

Ron and Christian did an excellent job installing our replacement windows. They were courteous, efficient, and hard working. They did a good job cleaning up after themselves, inside and outside. We had a New patio door installed.
Let me start off with I had contacted a very reputable window and Doors company they came out three times because I could not measure my door properly. The cost was much higher and between the times I ordered the door and then when they came out was four months later and then we went through the process and I finally got my deposit back and I found this lovely team of two. What did the ordering process, I’d say it was like a month they came out did a wonderful job installing it pointed out a flaw, a little flaw and the door and he said we were gonna replace that door. I can't say enough good things about New Look Window. Ron is the owner who actually does the install. He went up and beyond to make sure we were happy with the final product. He is reasonably priced and gets the job done in a timely manner. I look forward to working with him in the future to get windows installed. What can I say about Ron and his crew that can really say enough about how awesome they are. Ron shows up selling the windows that I wanted and was just down to earth father like figure, respectful and not bad mouthing everyone around which means a lot. We got a great deal on the windows and he was the spearhead in the installation process. He ran a small crew and him, Christian, and the other young man( sorry I forgot your name man) were always making sure everything was good quality and things were cleaned up. Ron made sure I knew everything that was going on in the process in detail, registered my windows and contacted me after the project was completed to make sure I was satisfied with everything. If you are looking for a good performing window and a company that will give a fair price and make sure the windows are installed correctly and with precision call these guys. Extremely recommend this company.  Ron and Christion did a full sun porch of 7 double hung windows in a day and half.  Ron has a quality you won’t find in most construction jobs, he comes in and not only sells the windows of your choice, but is 100% the installer. Personally, I don’t care for the salesman that doesn’t touch the project, to me, they don’t really care… jmo…
I should also mention, his pricing beat all others quite a bit
